We are a husband and wife team, Hayden & Jade Balfour. We are both BCITO qualified in the New Zealand Certificate in Automotive Reglazing (Level 3).<\/p>\n
We prioritise repairing windscreens whenever possible as it is cheaper, faster and more environmentally friendly than replacing a windscreen. When it is not possible though, we do full replacements including all vehicle glass such as windscreens, door glass, quarter glass, cargo glass, rear screens and wing mirrors.<\/p>\n
We make this extremely convenient for our customers because we come to the vehicle to do the work, so there is no need to leave your car at a shop for the day. We take a huge amount of pride in our work, treating every vehicle as if it was our own.<\/p>\n
When you deal with us, you deal with us! We take your call or emails, we order the glass, we come to site and do the work and we send out the invoice. No contact centre where you can never speak to the same person you spoke to last time. Many of the company fleets we look after have appreciated this the most.<\/p>\n
We started our own business in 2019 because we had heard so many stories of people being told they had to replace their windscreen unnecessarily, costing them hundreds of dollars more than a simple repair or two.<\/p>\n
We have really appreciated the support we have received from our local community. Even through a global pandemic, we have been able to survive and continue to grow, so we really appreciate that Waiuku, thank you!<\/p>\n
