HANDMADE – SUSTAINABLE – ORIGINAL
Every Banded is crafted with heart and dedication in our Kreuzberg workshop. Using a technique we developed ourselves, we upcycle vintage stainless steel watchbands — often deadstock — and transform them through a ceramic-like coating process into durable, water- and scratch-resistant pieces of wearable art. They’re chemical- and nickel-free, made to last, and made with love.

Choosing timeless stainless steel wasn’t an accident — giving new life to something old, and doing it sustainably, is at the core of what we do. Naturally, it became a seamless next step to make our Bandeds compatible with Apple Watches and other smartwatches.

OUR JOURNEY
What began as an idea scribbled on a napkin in a Las Vegas bar in 2010 became a registered brand in 2012 — and a global adventure. From Berlin markets to worldwide art fairs, every summer and winter, we shared our creations with people across the globe.

In 2018, our journey quite literally took flight: our “Air Bandeds” became available on board Lufthansa Group, Condor, Swiss, Tuifly, and Air Baltic flights.
We also expanded our international presence online with city-themed designs, connecting our customers through style and story.

In 2023, we began partnering with select retailers, and in December of that year, we opened our very own flagship shop and showroom in Kreuzberg.
