The tents are manufactured with the highest quality canvas available, unbleached, heavy duty, “double fill, preshrunk 10.oz Army Duck Canvas.
Treated with Sunforger for dry finish, flame retardant, water, rot, mold and mildew resistance. The fabric meets or exceeds CPAI 84 Sect #7 for flame resistance.
– Windows are 2′ wide by 3′ long with a mesh panel and an outer flap closure
– Doors are 6.5′ x 3′ with a zip-up canvas privacy panel and an inside zip-up insect mesh panel
– Includes a 12″ perimeter sod-cloth
– Ridge and eave grommet strips are reinforced with 1/4″ poly rope sewn into the double hem
– Stove Pipe Jack piece is a 14″ square high temperature silicon coated with a 6″ reinforced opening that can be roof mounted or wall mounted.
– Includes a heavy duty carrying bag for easy transportation and storage
Capital Canvas uses aluminum for our frames. We offer 2 different styles of frames. Our Heavy Duty frames use 1.75″ aluminum tubing and a moulded fitting. The standard frame uses 1.5″ aluminum tubing and a welded fitting. Both options provide a solid frame that is easy to set up and provides a stable base for your tent.
Every tent is equipped with 2 windows (2’x3′ with screen and canvas covers), a double zipper door that rolls up with screen as as well as a stove jack that fits up to a 6″ stove pipe and a 12” sod cloth sewn in to protect the bottom of your tent.
