Our product range is broad which helps set us apart from our competition. As the only workforce management system in the New Zealand and Australian agriculture or horticulture space to have all these features under one roof, our clients no longer have to juggle several apps when managing their employees.

Our product range includes the following:
– Digital hiring which assists our horticulture clients with a streamlined system for employing seasonal staff quickly. This is achieved through smooth User Experience design and the implementation of digitised contracts to reduce the need of printing, scanning, and emailing.
– Time capturing is our bread and butter. Along with payroll it’s where AgriSmart began back in 2016. We offer a mobile app (where you can use a start/stop timer, individual timesheets, or team timesheets) or biometric devices (which are popular for milking sheds to record employee hours).
– Payroll is the other founding product of AgriSmart. Rising to prominence in the New Zealand industry due to its ability to correctly calculate annual leave accrual for dairy farm employees, a first in New Zealand, and something incredibly complicated to calculate. Since then, it has grown into a payroll product capable of processing hundreds of employees within a single organisation, all within a few clicks. Using a 5-step payroll wizard, payroll administrators are able to process the pay faster than ever before.
– Job Costing & Reporting is the flow on effect of having all your other workforce management tools in one system. With a massive amount of data available we have been able to turn this into an endless number of reports for helping our farmers and growers better understand the performance of their business. Allowing them to make better decisions.
– Roster & Tasks are tools we have included in our system, primarily for our dairy farmers. From a technical point of view, rosters are a particularly important part of our system for understanding work patterns and annual leave accrual. But as a general tool on farm, rosters and tasks are excellent tools for better communication with employees. Completely digitising task management for farm managers and owners, they can now send these tasks to their employee’s phones.
– Health & Safety is a subsidiary product for both our farmers and growers. This system completely digitises your health and safety records, meaning no more loose papers and a nice track record. Within this product farmers can access things like inductions for new employees, incident registers, equipment registers, hazardous substances, and much more.
– Bin Ticketing, our newest product built for our horticulture clients. This system enables accurate tracking of harvested fruit or vegetable, apportioning a bin or crate to team member that has been assigned to that bin. Throughout the harvesting process QR codes are used to assign bins to orchard or crop rows, bins to employees, and then when collected for the packhouse scanned and recorded. This provides insight into the performance of employees, the yield quality of the orchard, and then can be applied during dispatch for traceability all the way through to market.
