Mortgage HQ was born out of a desire to be different. Joe and Sam had both worked in larger broker firms and networks, where volume often took priority over value. They saw an opportunity to do things differently — to build a brokerage that felt more human, more honest, and more aligned with the needs of today’s buyers and homeowners.
